Our Thoughts
The serving sizes in the recipes were all over the place, which made planning a little tricky. But the cooking techniques were interesting (baking the salad, for example) and the flavors and ingredients were really good. The whole premise of the book is cool: these are the meals that restaurant chefs actually cook for their staff, so they feel a little different from what you'd find in a typical cookbook.
