Our Thoughts
This cookbook is better suited for advanced cooks. It also really helps to have access to a Mexican grocery store since many of the ingredients are hard to find at a typical American supermarket. A lot of these recipes need to be served right away to be at their best, which made timing trickier than usual since everything was coming out of different kitchens. The flavors were great though and the effort was absolutely worth it.
