Our Thoughts
This was definitely one of our favorite cookbook club gatherings! The Wishbone Kitchen recipes delivered exactly what we hoped for - yummy, low effort, high reward dishes that showcased beautiful summer flavors. The Peri Peri chicken sandwiches had bold, vibrant spices that weren't overwhelming, and the fresh summer vegetables really shined in the roasted veg and pasta dishes. Everyone agreed these recipes struck the perfect balance between impressive results and manageable preparation. We'll definitely be coming back to this cookbook in the future - it's earned a permanent spot on our favorites list!
