Justine Cooks

Our Thoughts
Justine's inventive approach to flavors and textures created one of our most memorable gatherings yet. The sweet potato focaccia defied expectations with its pillowy texture and subtle sweetness. We were particularly impressed by how the seemingly simple Basil Cucumbers with Slightly Sweet Peanuts delivered such complex flavors through minimal ingredients. The Cinnamon Romesco sauce paired with chickpeas demonstrated Justine's talent for unexpected but delightful flavor combinations. Her desserts balance sweetness with savory notes masterfully—the salted tiramisu cookies disappeared within minutes!
