Our Thoughts

This 1982 classic cookbook by Julee Rosso and Sheila Lukins truly stood the test of time. The recipes balance sophistication with accessibility, and many have become dinner party staples over the decades. The Chicken Marbella with its sweet-savory blend of prunes, olives, capers, and brown sugar created a complex flavor profile that impressed everyone. We all agreed that many of these recipes felt both nostalgic and fresh at the same time.
